I haven't been involved in this kind of predicament myself (thankfully)...but if I ever was, I'd be doin' something just like it!  :yesnod: :icon_smile_big:

Now watch what you say or they'll be calling you a radical,
      a liberal, oh fanatical, criminal.
Won't you sign up your name, we'd like to feel you're

Loks like Torgersen should have kept his yapper shut from the get-go since it seems he was just trying to start something over the initial excavation that "would disrupt his foundation." Huh? Looks to me like the fence is a good 50 feet away from the closest corner of his house. How would that disrupt his foundation?

TylerCharger69

i was just reading about that too ironically

I've dealt with some unruly neighbors but haven't had to go through anything like that yet.

When I was building houses I use to deal with that type of mentality (Turdersen dude) all the time. If the neighbors didn't want someone building there, they should have pitched in and bought the lot.

:iagree: It's not like the land was gonna stay vacant forever, if it was really a concern of his, he should have bought that spot too. He's just stupid for not tinking ahead & even more stupid for pulling the crap that he did.

What's he complaining about? I can still see the mountains in this pic! These "Not in my Backyard" a-holes Tick me right off. These kind of people should buy 100 acres and put the house square in the middle of it and stop B*******! I bet his wife cut him off or something, he is just frustrated and looking for an outlet.

My mechanic told me, "I couldn't fix your brakes, but don't worry I made your horn louder."

The house was reviewed, permitted and approved by the City. I get great satisfaction when I read about whiny meddelers getting what's coming to them. Funny !

QuoteWood conceded that it might be - by a little more than a foot. But once the house is completed and the soil and landscaping laid out, he believes it will be within regulations.

So when he landscapes, the roof is going to drop a foot    :shruggy:

Maybe it's something stupid like the highest point on the property can't be more than xfeet above the highest landscaped point or something like that.   Just a thought.    :shruggy:

I am going through something similiar. A guy bought the lot behind me and did not like me riding my ATV's on my property, so he posted my property no tresspassing...I removed the signs and went over the property lines with him. He got a lawyer and told me I was tresspassing when I use what used to be a dirt road (now his driveway) to access the road with the ATV (its actually a deeded right away, so I have legal use of it). After his lawyer threatened us my lawyer beat his lawyer up.

I have had plans 9I call it operation looney lagoon) to decorate the far side of my property (were his driveway starts) with lawn art, consisting of a old toliet, those boards showing the old lady bent over doing gardning and an saw mill blade painted as a sad face and chained high in the tree.
