kick down linkage from italy

hi guys i have this problem , in my car the kick down linkage is get out of the car and dissamblated , i don't know if i have all parts and how i can mounted it , could you suggest me please how can do ?

The linkage pictured has the one piece rod, this pic shows the parts assembled. Adjustment is made at the "throttle rod adjustment lock screw" pictured, the slot allows the linkage to be extended or shortened.
