The plates for mounting the shocks are part #3643526 (RH) and #3643527 (LH).

Here's another version of plates off eBay.  75-79 version.  Part # l/s 3722945 r/s3845510
These look to be the same closer u bolt pattern as a 71-2

since 73 are on that way

More laters are with elongated spring C bolts holes as Rod shows on his assembly

Would a complete 8 3/4 with the rear sway bar setup from a 72 Rallye Charger work in my 73?

yes, for a while you change the axle or at least pedestals... eeehmmm... there is another thread with differnces between 3rd gens clamps assembly. I'll search and post

check differences between clamps assembly and notice the differences on plates. take your conclusion

So, it look like it might work if I took the whole axle assembly including leaf springs...  any thoughts?  Would the springs bolt into a 73?

I think so... as I stated on link, take mesurements. I never have done, but should fit being REAR frame rails I think the same.

But you don't need to change the springs. Spring guide stud is the same on both springs set ups, earliers and laters.

Just change spring plates and clamps and everything around, not springs

I hope so, I think I may have found the parts I need then.

My car does not have the spring isolators.  Are they needed for rear sway bar install?  Also, is anyone making the sway bar brackets repop?  I want to add the rear sway bar on mine.

who cares, isolation stuff started on 73. Is not a big deal althought I like a lot.

No, rear sway bars do exist before and after isolation stuff. Isolation stuff was to offer some extra when performance wasn't anymore some to get since 72, Like better handling.

No as far we know about original assemblies parts... just complete aftermarket assembly from end to end.

All you need to know is what you have and what you need to match everything.
