Income depends on job / skills and what part of the country you are in,  i would say an average wage would be approx usd $35,000.00
or roughly nzd$40,000 to $45,000 and hourly rates  usd$12 to usd$16 per hour (you can earn higher wages if you are a casual contactor etc and negociate your own rates ) unfortunately we have to pay tax too .

houses are cheaper the further "south " you go i have included this example ,architecturally designed  5 bedrooms 4 car garaging overlooking the city
approx usd$370 ,000  the same house in some parts of the north island would be closer usd$578000 or you can get good homes ( 3-4 bedrooms , double garage , internal access new kitchen and bathroom for approx usd $195000

do you want to come over ?...Jas

:iagree: I'd be very surprised if anything actually became of this.

The Aquamax...yes, this bike spent 2 nights underwater one weekend. (Not my doing), but it gained the name, and has since become pseudo-famous. :)

Whelp, I been hearing on the news that for the past 3 days, oil prices have been spiking again. I is over $80.00 a barrel today now. Get ready for prices at the pump of $3.50 to $4.00 a gallon for regular :P :rotz: :icon_smile_blackeye:

was 3.19, now 3.14... we are 2nd highest behind Hawaii :brickwall: and there is no reason for it!

TruckDriver

Well, oil is $4.00 away from hitting a $100 a barrel. So, I guess we all will be paying around $3.50 to $4.00 a gallon for regular for the holidays this year. If it keeps going up. I'm selling my Charger as I won't be able to afford to put gas in the tank anyway. :brickwall:  I'm already to the point of buy gas for the week, or buy food for the house :P

Inventory drop my ass. I still say the oil company's are using oil to terrorize the U.S. :-\

I can't believe the price of oil.  It is beginning to creep back up toward $3.00/gal here.  Was down to $2.62/gal not too long ago.  Now watch out.
