$1.73 here in Indianapolis today. Although that was only at 1 station, the majority of them are in the $1.92-1.99 range for 87 octane.

still 2.52 after 3 days, but the diesel has dropped to 3.26

$2.69/gal in Sunnyvale, CA. There are cheaper in the area (I heard) but not that I've seen.

I think the markets are driving this price dive.  Don't give the politicians so much credit.  They can't even tie their shoes without an assistant.  Let's not turn this thread into a political one and get it locked up.

I think we will continue to see the price decline until the economy settles down.  I have to admit I am enjoying the squealing from OPEC though.
