I need it white on a transparent back ground as weird as that sound because its going on a black tshirt seattlechargerdog is that possible?

  I don't know how to make the background transparent?  It turns out white if I do that.  I way it went into my program it sort of looked like it might have been like that already, I don't know.  It looked a lot different in the program than in here for some reason, I am a photoshop amatuer for sure, maybe someone else will see the thread and give it a shot.    I could trace around the lines how you have it, but I can't trace them perfectly with my program,

I used a white brush and traced the lines, kept the background transparent in my program.   I don't know why it exports from the  program and looks like this here, hopefully someone else knows how to do it.

Here's my attempt.  I can't save as ping file so here's a gif, hopefully that will work for you.  I posted a jpeg version with a black background too, to give you an idea of what it will look like.
