Dash Cluster ground strap- need help

Hi, I had my dash cluster restored and put in a new wiring harness from M&H electric and am putting everything back together and cannot remember where this ground strap goes. Can anyone help? Thanks Nick

BTW mods please move this- Electrical section?

Just 6T9 CHGR

That goes on the steering column bracket.

One end goes to one of the studs, the other to one of the 4 bolts that hold the bracket onto the column.
