changing from 2-speed to 3-speed wipers on a 69 rr. i have motor and switch.what else is needed?

Wiring harness and 3 speed bellcrank (part on back of wiper motor)

thanks for reply .on the harness are you talking about the inside or under hood side?

I would think both since the switch & motor are different
