How do you install the windshild wiper arms?

I know they just push on, but I put them on and when I turn the wipers on they wanted to go down not up. I  didn't realize the 2 speed wiper dose not go back to the start poshion. Is there a trick to put them on in a good spot?

Sounds like they werent parked when you pulled them off?... I would turn the motor on, for a cycle and turn it off to make sure it is parked. Then try putting a wiper arm on. and they push on, but there is also a clip on them that needs to pressed on after they push on to hold them on.  My old ones were missing the clip and would fly off
