I dunno, I just took a quick peek at a pic of Buddy Bakers interior and it had the chrome arrow medallion on the dash and a pic of Bobby Isaac's interior shows nothing at all.  I think it's a scam but what do I know?

I'lll second that BS part. Looks like a new sticker/graphic if you ask me based off of the grille emblem's. If it was only on HEMI cars in 1969 then how would it be on an SE dash panel? NO RT/SE HEMI's in 69.

Although I think that is the point of this guys scam.  He's claiming that Dodge put these in the race cars back in the day for brand recognition because the race car dash didn't provide any.  That's the way I read it.
