Anyone heard of CHL, a co. that supposedly makes sheetmetal for Goodmark?

I ran across a local vendor for replacement sheetmetal as I'm starting to buy up some of the parts I'll be needing for the body work. I asked the guy if he gets his stuff from Goodmark and he said no, he gets it from CHL which (according to him) makes most of the sheetmetal Goodmark sells. That's a new one for me. I tried looking up CHL in the searches but nothing related to sheetmetal came up. Of course it's probably in China or something. I should have asked him but we were both short on time. Anyway, ever heard of it?
