I started up my projectcar today!  :icon_smile_big:

The sound was incredible! And the feeling of finaly getting it started! Priceless! :)

i did the same recently reidar.  what a good feeling huh?  except for when the carb starts leaking and i had to shut her down.  then wait another week for the carb shop to get it rebuilt.  then try it again and vrooom! :yesnod:

Next job is to cut a hole in the hood so I can get the scoop in place.



Has anyone ever made a fiberglass-hood? Im not sure if the hood on the -75 chargers were stiffening of the car..
The hood weighs close to a tonn! And since i have plans of using this as a dragcar I would like to get it as light as possible.

Any tips and suggestions is greatly appriciated!

 I think I recall MAS making glass hoods for those. is that a 318 or 360? those cars weigh tons, even without the hood. if you wana get serious about racing that thing it will nead a huge diet.
