what flows better the e heads or the mp stage 6.  thanks

The eddy's by a long shot. You'll also save a ton of money on prep work if you go with the eddy's....the stage 6's are nowhere near "ready to run" as delivered.

The CNC Stage VI heads that Chapman does for Mopar Performance are probably the best BB heads made in terms of port design.  Those ports flow a ton of air per sq inch of cross section but they are super expensive.  So unless you're racing in a certain class that forces you to those heads there are less expensive options.

The Stage VI head is actually an excellent design concept.  MP screwed it up though by not providing a low deck Mega block to go with the heads and then they really messed up by having the first several years of production be low quality junk.  They finally fixed the quality problems but not before ruining their reputation so now the heads aren't very popular.

Best bet is the Eddy heads for most cases.  There are a few situations where the raised runner Stage VI makes more sense but it is a rare situation.

I agree the Chapman Stage VI are one of the best heads out there , but not for the $$$
