They're referring to the Roadrunner hood bulge that's been grafted onto the redneckmobile's hood.

last time i was at the track, i took 2nd in my class. i got beat by an 83 camero yellow. by 2 tenths of a second. i don't like them cars. i didn't want to break out.   :smash:
