Rear Drums still good?

Is there a way that I can check for myself if my rear drums are still good?  I imagine that I could take them to a brake shop and have them tell me, but I'd rather check it myself.

The drums I have are the original ones and I know they've been turned a few times so I'm wondering if they're still usable.

I'm gonna do the conversion to disc in the front, but was thinking about keeping drums in the rear.

You would need a tool to measure the inside diameter.  The maximum diameter is usually cast into the drum.   I believe it's .090 oversize.
