Looking for Measurements for Rear Valance Exhaust Cut-Outs-73 Charger

I am going to be fabricating my own exhaust cut outs on my rear valance and was wondering if anyone can provide me with the measurements of hte following. 1) Diameter of the hole opening 2) measurement from end of valance to the centre of exhaust cut out.  Also, does the metal "flare" out around the hole opening.  Any close up pictures would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks for the help..
