Saw that, it was to windy to fly that thing that day. Loved the black smoke... just like a real plane crash.  :laugh:

I just went to an RC jet show Saturday at the Stratton ANG base here in Schenectady. Those things are incredible to see in person. They hit over 200 mph.

that was an expensive toy for sure. apparently the build cost about $60K. The 8 miniature fuel powered turbines cost about $1800 each, IIRC.
