Okay, Here is what works...

Headlights (Hi & Low)
Break Lights
Turn Signals
Flashers
Interior courtesy lights
Trunk light

Here is what doesnt work...

Side Marker lights
Tail lights
Front parking lamps
Dash lights

All fuses are okay, floor dimmer switch is new, all bulbs are good.

floor dimmer has nothing to do with that if parking lighst doesn't work either. It looks damaged switch or loosen plug. Maybe in fact just a loosen terminal from plastic plug itself.

Now... courtesy light, trunk and flashers etc... that have nothing to do with switch and not even related fuses mostly of them have its own fuse.

All that don't work just happend to be controlled by the headlight switch and share the same circuit in some way.  I would verify at the switch with a VOM or Test light, that the park light position is providing 12+ to the wiring.  If there is no 12+ on that circuit when the switch is in the park or headlight on position, then you found the problem.

Well.... Messed around with the switch and traced the wires... I got everything working again except the dash lights and oil guage... I put a test guage on the sending unit and it works fine. Traced the wire and couldnt find a bad connection. All the other guages work except the oild guage. and, of corse...the dash lights.

Try slowly turning the dash light dimmer switch toward the spot where it activates the dome light and watch the dash lights. That switch gets dirty and makes getting the dash lights to light up hard unless you move it very slowly and carefully.

check for poor ground contact at hte outer lights on the body

This is starting to sound like the dimmer switch in the dash.
