37,000 original mile Challenger

Saw this car at a cruise today, talked to the guy who owns it now. he is the second owner and has no plans to sell it.
So don't ask!
He bought it off of the original owner with 34,000 mile on it, he had spotted it in this older gentleman's garage and it was buried under a lot of stuff. A couple years go by and the ol' man makes the call and ask if he still wanted to buy his car. New owner didn't know at the time what car he was talking about until he reminded him of the Challenger. He goes there and offers him current market value, the ol' man says pay me what we agreed upon a couple years ago.
Car is a 440 six pack, pistol grip 4 speed, convert. No shaker, 14" wheels.
