hurst pistol grip

    does anyone havea hurst pistol grip shifter that you could remove the inspection plate and take a picture of? i took my shifter apart to have the handle rechromed, and it been so long, i forgot how to put it back together!    if not a picture, an exploded view diagram?   any help would be appreciated  thanks mark

Does this help? The chrome bezel at the top fits over the small square raised nib and then the raised nib is peened over to hold the bezel. The plastic shift pattern is held in the bezel with adhesive, I use a few dabs of RTV applied with a toothpick.
