steering column ground strap

I found a Ground wire connected to the bottom part of my my steering column under the dash , but I am not sure where the other end connects to. 1970 Charger

One end grounds to one of the 4 bracket retaining bolts on the column...the other end grounds to one of the studs that retain the coulumn bracket.   It uses a double nut on one stud for the ring terminal.
