What wheel option is this?

These are on a 1974 Charger. What option were they and are there any other years or models that used them like Cordobas, etc.

Looks like they are AMC wheels.

Those do look the same. However, I have an original road test article on a '74 Rallye that has them also.

AMC also used the road wheels with trim rings too.
