360 torque converter

I changed my 340 for a running 360, I also changed the torque converter, but it shakes like crazy under hard accel. it shakes in park, nuetral and in gear. is this a timing thing? or do i have a jacked up converter. it definatly came from a 360, but it is a later year one, it doesn't have a drain and there are 7 small weights on it. it has a green tag that says "stall" but nothing else. I believe the engine is a 76?
