Anyone with pics of original '69 disc brakes pads...  Want to verify that the ones we ordered are the proper ones... I don't have any originals here at the present time to compare... The parts house parts book, NAPA, claim they are the same part number as the pads on the '70 and up single-piston calipers......

Thanks in advance,
Cheers,

Troy,

I just redid my entire front brake system.  The pads for a 70 are NOT correct for a 69.  The ones for a 69 have two humps on the top.  Kinda like a Mickey Mouse ears only with the ears put right next to each other.

Where did you get your '69 brake pads?......... The local generic auto parts stores don't have a clue and they call for '69 and '70 being the same..... I didn't believe them.............. Now I know for sure......

Thanks...

D19's used on 1969 and older ONLY. Getting a litte tough to find today. I have 2 sets stashed away for the future project (whatever that may be)
Troy,
If you can't find a set . let me know and I MIGHT come off ONE set.

Try firm feel. They carry semi-metallic pads for the bendix 4 piston caliper. http://www.firmfeel.com/carbonme_b.htm
