Need some computer help

I need some help from the computer experts. I can't get Outlook Express to download my email. It goes throught the entire process and shows that I have no messages. I'm not getting any error messages at all. It's checking for mail but not downloading any. I finally went to the webmail for my three email adresses and there were numerous emails. I don't have anything in my spam folder either. I have three email adresses on two different email servers. I am at a loss. Any ideas?

Had it been working before, and stopped? Got your incoming server specified correctly under your internet account mail properties?

It just all of a sudden stopped getting my mail. It goes through the motions but shows no mail. I don;t get any error messages. It's baffling me.
