I got some home brew M80's from someone this week. Have had them in the past and had a lot of fun!


Tonight I decide to lite one. I run back about 40 feet it spins in a brilliant green light and goes KABOOOOOOOOOOOOM!!!!!!!!

It shot the wax plug out the end and hit me below my man boob and left a red bloody circle the size of a Nickel on me! 1 foot higher and it may have been a eye!


BE CAREFUL!!!!!! BE READY FOR ANYTHING!

HAHA!  No I got them from a  friend.   This thing was just wild.   I never had any of the ones I used to have years ago spit out parts.   I got one left  and no one will be around when I light it.

BTW, I agree about being safe on the 4th!

They told us at work that any quarter sticks, M80s or similar were to be treated as homemade explosives and the Bomb Squad has to be called.    

Definitely be careful how you launch your bottle rockets!

LOL the dog one was crazy. I know from experience if you're going to do something you shouldn't with roman candles buy the ones with the least number of balls that way when something goes south you're not sitting there waiting it out as long.

Fireworks are illegal in my county.  I traveled about an hour into a different county and scored some great roman candles and rockets.  I won't fire them off until New Years Eve, when there's snow on the ground.  Too hot and dry in the forest right now.  Bob
