Thats great! I love seeing the old pictures of Mopars from back in the day.  I grew up around them and have several pictures of my grandpa by the 68 Dart and my Uncle and buddy leaning up against the 68 Charger. Dad had a 68 Coronet and then a 72 Charger. Grandma had a Duster. Old 4 door Belveldere was around for a while. In 1970 while my mom was knocked up with me, she and her girlfriend totaled a Hemi Cuda. So in a round about way I got to ride in a Hemi Cuda! HAHA!

wouldnt it be cool to have the vin of that hemi cuda?  check if it came back..most likely not but then it could be at least documented in the registry..
My dad had a 69 dart 340 4speed. i know he loved the car, but junked it when i was young i think the car was only like 4 years old, but shot from a 70 mile a day commute.

I just noticed there are white-walls on the rear and no the front. He said the front was porbly worn so he went to the tire shop and got the cheapest tires. My other uncle had a 1967 that was totalled by a 1971 Charger R/T, he has a pic somewhere. Another uncle had a 1971 Challenger R/T 440-6 4 speed, but only 1 carb worked and the tranny had sawdust in it.

You got me looking back through some of my old pictures.  Thats me in the pictures. The Dart was taken around 1981.  The Charger would have been around 1983  Hard to believe that was almost 25 years ago!  The Magnum I had around 1991. And yes, there's a good story behind each and every one of them.  :icon_smile_approve:
