How is a tic tac tock hocked up?

I sent all my gauges off to be redone and calibrated.  The back of the tack has been painted and the car didn't come with one so what do I need to do to get his gauge working? Also All my gauges are not working write, what is a good method for trouble shooting them? Thanks Mike

If you sent them off to be calibrated then they should all be working right no?

The tach gets switched 12v+ from the radio fuse (blue wire in pic long stud)

The green wire goes to the (-) side of the coil.

The clock is hooked to the grey pigtail where the base clock was hooked to.....
