Thats why I said the price is too high for that year of a truck but the miles are stupid low for a diesel of that age.  Is the truck worth that price? Yes it is.   Is it worth that price on paper at the bank? Probably not.  They will loan you  16g's on a 2001 truck before they would loan it on that one.
