Positive Ebay carpet experience

We hear so often about people getting ripped off on Ebay, I figured I'd give a thumbs up to a good seller.  I purchased carpet for the Fury on Feb 27th not expecting it to arrive for at least a week or two, per the Ebay ad.  I bought the carpet based on price, not quality, as the interior in the Fury is not that great to begin with and I'm on a shoestring budget with the car.  Fast forward to the beginning of June when I go to install the carpet and find out it's too short!  With the rear seat installed, the floor was visible for about six inches on either side, leading me to believe this was actually 2 door carpet and not designed for 4 doors.  I emailed the seller and sent him photos of how the carpet fit, not really expecting very much since it only has a 30 day return policy.  Four days later, a box shows up at my door with new carpeting that's been left long so I can trim it to fit how I like it!  No hassles, just a "Sorry, here's a replacement, just keep the non fitting one."   Carpet went right in without issues.

Overall I'm very pleased with my purchase and would recommend this seller to anyone.  The fit of the carpet is good and it does have some jute backing installed already, which I didn't expect.   Here's the original auction:

Thanks, just might get one for my car. Yes there are good E-bay sellers out there, just it seems like for 1 good one there is 4-5 bad ones or ones that don't care. I have gotten to the point that if they don't take credit cards or pay pal and its not a very hard to find part I skip it. My bank Chase is good, I got a fuzzy hard to see dvd copy - 5 disks -they all was not bad but for $65.00 I was pissed. Chase took it off my bill the first time I called. E-bay wanted me to go step by step to work something out. Thats B S cause E-bay told me the very next day not to pay for the item cause they pulled all his stuff off but I already did. E-bay did not care just told me what they tell everybody. Anyways Thanks again.

Thanks for the note on this. I'll be putting in some new carpet in the wife's Valiant this winter.

You might want to drop th eguy a note and tell him that you're spreading the good word.

Can't hurt.

I won't be wronged, I wont be Insulted and I wont be laid a hand on. I don't do these things to others, and I require the same from them.
