Lokar & Bouchillion make cable kits that work great

I have the Mancini cable one on mine.  It's really a Lokar that Mancini repackages and they add some instruction material to make installation a little clearer.  This was one of the best things I ever did for my car.  It was easy to install and set up and it works great.

here is an ar engineering throttle bracket and a locar cable.  i have this set up on 2 different cars, both cases it works great. i acually have a different throttle return set up now that i like much better.

Which brings up a good point.  The cable on it's own is not a complete setup.   Be sure to get the correct brackets and if you are switching to the aftermarket trans cable, you may as well opt for the aftermarket throttle cable too.

i dont think ( and i could be wrong on this ) that the after market cables are a bolt on deal.  i think there are some issues were the cable conects to the acelerator pedal.  if the factory cable is in good shape, they work fine and look fine imo.

i went the route i did because of the issues you get into when running aftermaket intakes that are taller that stock.

It was a bolt on for mine but the 67 could be different.
