I have a 727 street fighter from TCI. the warranty is up.we put a reverse valve body in the thing.it worked fine for a while. now all of a sudden i don`t have 2nd. gear. i have 1st ,nuetral,reverse,3rd. and park. can anyone tell me what happened.i`m suppossed to bring it to a tranny shop on thurs.

your front band strut may have broken, slipped out of place or your front band may have broken itself.  Drop the pan and investigate, you may have to drop the valve body in order to check on your front band.
