Correct weatherstrip for base charger without interior door pads?

I have a parts car with the standard interior which uses the painted doors and metal panels below the rear windows. I am having problems locating the correct weatherstipping. Year One said they don't think it is available and the standard B-body kit wont work. Has anyone had this problem before? The weatherstrips are different on the inside panels. If I have to modify the pieces I will but I was looking for some advice.
