"Included in sale of this car are 2 life size poseable figures that look like Bo and Luke Duke. People go crazy at car shows over these things! A great bonus to an even greater car! I paid over $3,000 alone for these custom figures."

I'd go crazy if I saw those things too. Building a '68 GL is crime enough without the huge dolls. What a freak show.

They are as smart as the people who buy them too. lol

Man this guy is a jerk, look how sarcastic he got with the person that brought it to his attention that the car wasnt an RT in the Q and A part on the bottom.

dodge freak

Wow I did not see that , he would not get one dime of my money. Notice also he has a picture of the new gas tank but nothing else under it, I bet the old tank rusted out, lets see the frame and floor panels.

dodge freak

Hey I asked him why he was so nasty to a member just because he pointed out a mistake that he made. I ask him also for some pictures of the frame and floor panels and told him the new gas tank looks nice did the old one rust out? Lets see what he says and does.

JimShine

Tell him the deal is off if the dolls are anatomically correct.

Chargerguy74

I wouldn't touch those dolls, never know where they've been. Should askhim if they're "experienced"

I was thinking the same thing. He's the one who wrote the ad and he's pissed that someone corrected him on his ineptitude to describe it right - what a dick!! :rotz:

Why?  Out in Nevada there must be a few girls that look like daisy duke did for rent..

If it's in such great shape....shouldn't there be a divider line between rear valence and valence corners....
I just read his comment towards the guy that pointed out it's not an R/T, what a total pr**k ! Advertising a non R/T as being one is fraud in my book, he should be glad someone did point it out before he could get into real trouble. Some people...

Also..a question for you with native English tongue...valance or valence??? Nobody seems to know for sure  :icon_smile_big:

It's valance with the emphasis on the first syllable. A lot of people put the emphasis on the second syllable for some reason and it sounds weird.

Never thought of the pronunciation like that, I thought it might be a more flat e.
Thanks for clearing that up Bull

I just came across this, while researching valence stuff.  I talked to this guy about buying that car and didnt know as much about chargers then.  Im SOOO Glad I waited and bought the car that i started last march.

Sad part is i saw him driving it around town and never really noticed all the issues.   If I remember right he wanted about 20k for it and I offer 8k

Im glad i found another    :2thumbs:
