I mean it is sad enough to mess up a nice Charger just by turning it into a "General Lee" but then to victimize it even further with the 4X4 treatment I mean really, WTF?

Isn't that from the eipsode where they made the general a 4x4?    :icon_smile_big:

Ya, I agree with everything above.   Kind of ironic how a car that I would of passed up as junk a few years ago suddenly seems saveable...

ChargerChick

UNfortunatly where I come from(Nor Cal)  its pretty common to make just about everything 4X4, I've seen Darts, GTO's, and even some kind of mid 90's econo sedan sportin boggers. I almost cried when I saw what the idiots had done to the dart.  :puke:

If that is the same 69 Charger done up as a DOH replica that I saw at Carlisle it was a factory 69 RT/SE Charger. Which to make a Charger up like that is bad enough but to butcher a factory RT/SE is even worse.

Really?  It's dead?  There is no way it could ever be returned to normal?  Give me a break.

It's his car, I would never do that if it were mine (4x4)  If I had a rough 69 I would consider a GL clone but would not take a nice #s car and convert it.

At least it isn't "slammed" and blang blangin' with 18 inch rims.  Of course, even that could be brought back to normal.

God forbid anyone modify a car, sheesh.  I think it looks cool.  And I think that every time this thread gets started by another member.

Look's like Cooter was bored to me.

429 Shoot gun hood scoop, give me a break.

As far as the Butter fly scoop, sticking out of the hood mean's "dead meat and waiting to be coocked"! They are a want to be, not I have.

Or is it just me?

Time to clean the 6-71 and look a job.
