I mean it is sad enough to mess up a nice Charger just by turning it into a "General Lee" but then to victimize it even further with the 4X4 treatment I mean really, WTF?

UNfortunatly where I come from(Nor Cal)  its pretty common to make just about everything 4X4, I've seen Darts, GTO's, and even some kind of mid 90's econo sedan sportin boggers. I almost cried when I saw what the idiots had done to the dart.  :puke:

If that is the same 69 Charger done up as a DOH replica that I saw at Carlisle it was a factory 69 RT/SE Charger. Which to make a Charger up like that is bad enough but to butcher a factory RT/SE is even worse.

It's his car, I would never do that if it were mine (4x4)  If I had a rough 69 I would consider a GL clone but would not take a nice #s car and convert it.

At least it isn't "slammed" and blang blangin' with 18 inch rims.  Of course, even that could be brought back to normal.

God forbid anyone modify a car, sheesh.  I think it looks cool.  And I think that every time this thread gets started by another member.

As far as the Butter fly scoop, sticking out of the hood mean's "dead meat and waiting to be coocked"! They are a want to be, not I have.

Or is it just me?
