Advice for buying heads

I am buying 302 casting heads for my 318. I was wondering what would you guys be willing the pay for the set? I used www.junkyarddog.com to search for my heads and the one offer I have received so far is $172 for the pair. Is this a good price or should I wait for a cheaper pair? This is my first engine that I am rebuilding, or at least finding parts for so I have no basis is which to compare.

No they are just heads pulled from the truch in the junkyard.  Let me rephrase the question. What would you pay for a set of 302 casting heads.

I dont think I would give more then 50$ for them but I am cheap and tight with my money.

typically I pay no more than $100 for a pair unless work is done to them
