Spindle ID - What Do I Have?

Before I get too deep into my front suspension restoration I'd like to know what I have currently on the car.

Anybody here able to ID a spindle from a photo?

Shakey, can you read the numbers on the spindles??

that is a late model FMJ knuckle.  you can tell by the deep cut out between the caliper mounting bosses.

No I can't read the numbers.  I tried to clean the area up a bit, but no luck.

Can you tell me an approximate year and model that the spindle came off of?

I need to learn more about "late model FMJ models" to ensure that this is done properly.

Hey Shakey, can you take a measurement of the caliper bracket bolt centers for me? I don't have a set of spindles yet and from what Andy is telling me, I may be up the river..

I just got back from the farm and won't be back for two weeks!

I never did get the suspension off this weekend like I had planned.

Let me know if you still need that measurement in a couple of weeks.

That's ok, I think I am going to try to trade them in at the bone yard for  the correct stuff. It sucks having a bad memory...
