Hey Guys,

I almost finished my car after a 5 years. I brought it home from where I was working on it 2 weeks ago but alas... Life just got in the way and I will have to part with it. I had posted it briefly in the cars for sale thread but asked Troy to remove the ad when some comments were made and taken personally by my wife. (Camlady) Even though they were only joking, she is taking this just as hard as I am and the recent events have just exhausted our other options.

The only things I had left to do was minor detail work on the exterior, Install the wheel opening moldings, and replace all the seat covers. I have new carpet, and a clean spare stock hood for it too. So, enough of the wet blanket stuff, I wanted to show you guys how it turned out after talking about it on the discussion boards for so long. I also wanted to thank all of you for the tips and solutions when I got stuck along the way...

Al
Sorry about your car and all.  It looks really really nice.

Life isn't Father Knows Best anymore, it's a kick in the face on a saturday night with a steel toed grip kodiak work boot and a trip to the hospital all bloodied and bashed.....for reconstructive surgery. But, what doesn't kill us, makes us stronger, right?

I usually don't like hood scoops on the chargers because I love the scallups so much but I have to say. That looks really nice they way you did yours. The graphics really make that look very cool and it meshes todether really well with the daytona side scoops. Nice touch. Very different but very cool.

Sorry to hear about your financial troubles. Hopefully things will turn around and get better for you but your right in putting support to the family over the car. It is the right thing to do.

Good luck and I'm sure you'll get lots of money for that beautiful charger of yours.

not to disrespect all of your time and hard work, but if you removed the wing and fender scoops and put a really nice set of wheels and tires on it, you will make serious coin on that thing when you go to sell it. sorry to here about your tuff luck, i hope you can get what you need from this car and build an even nicer one when things get better. we will still be here for you when that time comes. :yesnod:
