Mallory Tach with rev limiter

Ok, I always needed a rev limiter on my 360 and I just picked up a mallory tach with a built in adjustable rev limiter.  However, on the instructions it says it should not be used with a multiple spark ignition  .  This poses some problems seeing as how I am running an MSD billet distributer, a 6A box and a blaster coil.  What problems would arise if I went ahead and installed the tach?  I know MSD only uses multiple sparks up to a certain RPM as well, so I might be able to set the limit above that point.  Just need some advice if anyone else has run one of these tachs.

Msd sells a tach adapter to help with this type of situation. Place a call to the MSD tech line and ask for some recommendations.
