Hi, I am debating what color stripe to but on my 69 charger r/t. The car is originaly a stripe delete car, but I think I am going to fill the emblem holes and put on a stripe. The car will be painted black. I was thinking red would be pretty nice. Anyone have some nice pics of a black 69 with a red stripe and NO vinyl top?

personally i think it would look better w/o that stripe ,  about 80% of everyone one who has a 68-70 charger has the bumble bee stripe , so instead of a pic of a black r/t with a stripe im posting one without one -MATT

Thanks for all the pics guys. Those cars look great! NYCMille, is that a red pearl stripe? It doesnt look like vinyl.

As far as not having a stripe goes, the car used to be black with a blue pearl ghost stripe (only visible in certain lighting) with the R/T emblems on the quarters. It looked really cool and nobody else had the same colors, but I want a solid stripe this time. I think they really set the car off. Especially a red one on a black car.

Thats how it used to be, it was a ghost blue pearl, then had emblems as well, somtimes it looked like a stripe delete car, and other times it had a cool looking pearl stripe.
