I just got my 6 way manual seat track for my 69 Charger from Classic Industries.

Wow can you just use spacers under the front mounting bolts to tilt the seatback more?  :scratchchin:

That is exactly what I ended up doing with mine.

I bought the classic industries regular seat tracks and they were garbage.

Yes, I've done that before on other cars, but on this car I need the adjustability.

I'm 6'4", the car has a power sunroof which crowds the ol' noggin a bit, combine that with the four speed shifter and the desire to actuate the clutch and brake pedal, I need a pretty specific driving position while maintaining the ability to adjust the seat in case someone else needs to drive it.

I had six way power seat tracks out of an Imperial mocked up in the car, and they worked OK, but they are big and heavy and require extra wiring and switches, so I thought I'd simplify things with the six way manual track.

I guess I'll have to go back to the Imperial tracks.

I hope I can get my money back from Classic Industries...

Their quality control sucks.

Good luck! Sorry to hear all this. To get my small daughter, my large/tall oldest son and myself to "fit" I did away with the gas peddle and kinda "Tuff wheel" steering wheel.
