Gentlemen,
I have a 68 Charger R/T equipped with power disc brakes.  It currently has 15" Magnum 500s which look fine but I am curious to know what the original wheels/wheel covers were as delivered.  On my broadcast sheet, field 58 "Hub Cap or Wheel Covers" has a 0 printed.  In Build Code section the wheel code is "300" and the Wheel Covers code is "98".  What does this data tell us?

im far from a expert on 68s as far as i know
think to have factory fitted  discs on a 68 had to have the 15 inch & they was a hemi only  wheel & their wheel cover or dog dish ! all other engine options got the 14" wheeel

****EDIT*******

might want to ignore what ive just said think i might be confused & dont know what i'm talking about :P  :slap:
will investigate further  :yesnod:

The only requirement for disc brakes in '68 was to have power brakes...no restrictions on wheel size. I had a '68 with discs and the 14" styled chrome wheels, caliper clearance is scary close.
Pardon me but my karma just ran over your dogma.
