74 Charger SE fender bolts/kits

Hey all, looking for proper fender bolts and configurations for my 74 SE. I see there are lots of various opinions and ideas. What type of bolt was used, and were they painted body color? Where can I source them from? It seems the repro companies don't have them yet, or maybe I am blind! Thanks.

All visible bolts are 9/16" hex head with captive washer. Painted after assembly and alignment so, body color.

On inner fender to fasten the bolts, U nuts

Down of each of the "dog legs" couple of studs also attached with U nuts, but nuts with captive washers too.
