Is it standard for all 1969 Chargers to have a textured (chip guard) surface on the inside (trunk area) of the rear quarter panels?

What is the recommended product and texture for this coating?

What is the extent of this coating?

I was able to find this old link, but none of the photos work. http://www.dodgecharger.com/forum/index.php/topic,17751.0.html

Thanks

The factory did put a thick pancake batter type coating on the inside of the quarters, rearward from the wheel openings.

It may be hard to see. I have plenty of other pictures but they are too big to post on this site.

I like the undercoat from Resto Rick, looks factory. https://www.restorick.com
