i'm far from an expert , i await to be corrected on any of  this     
i thought  69 chargers that were designated to get a sunroof never had a vinyl top code ? & an order number starting with a 9 or an M      unless i'm totally confusing this with something else   
looks like its a factory sunroof & the factory installed roof skin from what i'm seeing

I remember buying a much nicer running driving 70 Charger in 1987 for $150 bucks. did need a timing chain though. Times changed when this POS is a $12k car

would probably need buildsheet/broadcast sheet or original window sticker to verify original sunroof, not all options on fender tag. if it did get a sunroof most likely sent to Creative Industries for that.
