68 Bucket Seat Track Help

Finally got my bucket seats back from the upholsterer and I also have new tracks from PG Classics
Does anyone have any photos of the seat tracks mounted to the seats?
It's been so long since I took them apart I'm not sure how the console side mounts up and how the cross wire goes..

this was a reference i was sent when looking to DIY brackets to lower the seat height for my seats. Mostly for height, but shows the return spring at least. Hopefully it helps

Yes, that def helps. it shows the inside track spring faces out. I thought it faced in with the solid side of the track facing out.
