Kidding.
The picture is really small and hard for me to see but that is a desirable car, for sure. If you had a VIN or license plate number, it might help but these searches are always a long shot.

it was a   12second  street car  car  back in the day 

oh right    ,  looks like some custom paint work , pin striping & stuff ,
 KD is right unless you have a vin or licence plate to go by , could well be a needle in a haystack ,
 if the car is still alive  today its prolly been repainted & back to OEM stock being a hemi car, photo looks 70s to me do you know where it was taken ? only other thing i could think of is ! if you know the area the car was in ask around at car shows & meets  local drag strips  , some of the older guys might remember it or know who has it or where it went etc nother long shot but you never know not many 68 hemi chargers were built . good luck in your search , let us know if you find anything
