Memorial Week End Car Pics

Finally got the Charger out for a cruise. The wife and I went to the Kangamangus Highway on Sunday. Nine years ago I took a pic of our 71 Charger in the exact same spot, so I thought this was kinda cool (real exciting life, huh). Did 200+ miles.

I put CalTracs and mono leafs on "The POS Pedal Car" Friday and spent the rest of the weekend wasting gas

Bout 50 hours including cleaning up the car and installing the pieces I took off. My left arm hasn't been that tired since I let my subscription to Hustler lapse.
We also stopped at the scenic falls a few miles before. I parked the Charger on the downhill side of the parking lot in the shade. As we were walking back towards the car a Toyota Camry was slowly backing out from the other side. My wife said "there's no driver in that car", I thought she was being funny, she wasn't, and you can guess which car it was headed for . I sprinted across the parking lot (hard to do at 47), got behind the Camry and brought it to a stop. A moment  later the owner came running up, not believing what happened, he blamed it on his girlfriend not setting the parking brake. After checking the angle the Camry would have hit the Jeep parked next to me.

Sledge, that is one mean looking machine.
