I was cleaning out some files on the old confuzer today and came across these old Pics. I remember seeing these cars at shows like the "World of Wheels" car show at the Fleet Center in Boston & The Civic Center in Providence. Any one else remember these cars. I wonder if any of them are still around?

That last one I remember, an episode of the Munsters, that's Herman at the wheel.  Isn't that Grandpa's ride he borrows for the race?

Why would you want anything else?  Just give me a Charger and I'll be happy.

Man i am glad someone else likes these cars..I have an enitre folder on my computer filled with shots of these cars and others. I really wish people would make these kind again..but i don't think people today quite get it.
I can remeber going to shows in the late 70's early 80's...Hotrod Show World and they had alot of these on tour.

My fav. is the Munster ride, their main one that is in the beginning of show.  Any more pics of that? thx   Those are some wild cars you all showed.

That monster cycle is scary looking, to ride I mean, what size engine is that I wonder.

I think Barris built it.

yeah Barris built the Monkeemobile. He also built the Batmobile and both Munsters vehicles. There is a good book called "Barris TV and Movie Cars", covers all the cool stuff eh built! I think he built the Green Hornet car too!

The one that looks like an old horse drawn hearse is accuatlly the one used to carry Jesse James (the outlaw ;D) to his final resting place if I'm not mistaken. If it's the same one then it's also HEMI Powered!  :yesnod:

i have alot of searches in my favorite place on my computer. one of them is George Barris . you get alot of models but every ounce in awhile you see one of his old  60's cars come up for sale. some go for alot of money and some don't go for alot. there was another shop that was building them also but i forget there name. i like the munster mobile the best.
