1971 Maximum Cooling N51, N65

I'm trying to understand the factory setup for my 1971 Charger with 440, manual trans. and maximum cooling. W/O AC
The Broadcast sheet give me:

Rad 39, 3443959-26"
Fan 16, 2863224, 18 inch - 7 blades - 2,5 inch.
SPA 12
N65 Fan Hi Cap Torq Dr. part no?
N51 Cooling Less Fan
Fan Shroud (Not on Broadcast sheet? part of something N51 or std. with 440?) 29998326

I´m good with the radiator, The Fan, the Torque dr. but why is the Broadcast sheet listing a spacer, if no spacer should be present?
Also in the Service manual diagram it´s not listed as Torque Drives does not use them, or is the spacer SPA 12 referring to something else? length of Torque Drive?

Max cooling would have direct drive fan.
